“The Art of Balance” was inspired by New Balance’s emergence to the streetwear industry. I wanted to showcase the shoes by playing on the name of the brand-New Balance.
For this project, I was tasked with choosing a brand, conducting research, and creating a mock advertising campaign. I chose New Balance, not only because it is a brand I wear, but because I believe in empowering one another as well as having a positive impact on those around me. My class was given two weeks to conduct research, create FPO’s, shot lists, mood boards, and finally execute a photoshoot surrounding our concept. We got to choose our own models and collaborate with photographers in order to perfectly capture our vision
